Thank you so for clearly and succinctly laying out, in terms that the “average Joe” can understand, what is often inaccurately deemed as the “woo-w00” of intuition. I too have experienced many similar things to those that you describe and I have no doubt that our intuition is as real as the nose on your face. I also believe that there is a Shift of awareness going on on the planet and that more and more people will begin to be “in tune”. Here’s hoping!
Lindsey, you have shared awesome 5 ways. All these are the most important points for anyone to get calmness in life. Point 2 : Do a somatic, mind-body practice, is very important to me as I believe that Yoga is the only one solution.
Once I was the man HOPING and now practicing different Yoga Styles makes me believe I am the Lucky one on this earth. I am actually teaching Vinyasa Yoga these days in Bali.
