About
I started out as a Magazine Editor. Then a Communications Consultant. Along the way, I taught Yoga.
And every step of the way, I would ask myself: Is this it? Is this the thing? Am I on purpose? I feel like I’m supposed to be doing something else.
Enter Coaching. I tripped over it in my early 20s. Felt my whole self go “Oooooh THIS is it.” Signed up for training and never looked back. This is what I believe to be true:
We are all infinitely capable. I am. You are. We have inside us an irascible sun. Summer lives in us. When we attune to our Soul, Life’s better. When we share our gifts and talents, we give the greatest give we can give to the world: Our selves.

I believe in the dance of Life–that our job is to listen to the questions in our hearts and hear the answers in our Soul.
That Love wins.
That we can quietly go about our days–and find fulfillment.
There is no ‘less than.’
I believe our main job is to become more of who we really are.
And that there is no end goal.
Life is one exploratory step after the next, saying ‘yes’ to the invitation to grow.
I believe in wholeness.
And chocolate. I believe in chocolate.
