Something exciting is happening! I’m running an live online workshop on Telling Your Story. If you listen to my podcast, you’ve heard someone you love and others you’ve never met tell one of their stories. You’ve experienced the feeling of ‘I would love to do that’. You’ve been wanting to explore your own stories and find ways to tell them in a way that empowers you and others. This workshop is about that.

We’re going to talk about living courageously; telling your life story, your way; finding your stories; and receiving the gifts that come from telling them. Big, magical, life-enhancing things can happen when we do this. I’ve seen it time and time again. I hear from my podcast guests how transformational their experience of speaking their stories is–how much they fall in love with themselves afterwards. This self-love does wondrous things for each area of our life.

One woman who shared her story at the live Things I’d Never say event talked about how, afterwards, she no longer felt shame, and she started speaking up in all areas of her life–including her work and her marriage. This meant more confidence and peace inside herself, and more open conversations and a change in her outer world–at work and in her marriage.

Another woman who also shared her story at the live event talked about no longer playing small, about finally feeling free to be who she is and do the work she wants to do in the world.

It’s incredible what happens when we step into living courageously, telling our life story our way, finding our stories, and receiving the gifts that come from telling them.
