From 0 to Global

The 30-Day Happiness Challenge started as an inkling in my heart. I wasn’t sure where it came from, but there it was…growing and loving and getting bigger every day. Then my mind came on board, and there was no stopping it. Words to paper, translated for online, content reviewed, feedback sought…how can I do this in the most impactful way? People shared it, signed up for it, and got excited about it. We went from 0 to global, with 252 participants from all over the world. Vancouver, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Ohio, Orlando, Houston, Toronto, Panama City, Denver, Australia, South America, Europe and New York. More…

From Monday to Sunday

Every day there was something to focus on, learn from, or be uplifted by. Implementation and celebration. Compassion and kindness. Forgive. Ignite. Wisdom from spiritual teachers, and cutting-edge science. The Dalai Lama, Buddha, yogis, positive psychologists. More…

Here’s What People Are Saying

I found more time to really think about myself. And I kept a lot in my mind like “tools” to find my happiness. My anxiety has been better and don’t have it that often any longer. It helped me. Weird that some emails really can do that! ~ Emma Andersson, Sweden WOW. So I start getting these daily inspirationals and I just love them. I have shared your e-mails with everyone I know Lindsey. They are honest and uplifting. When I didn’t have them any more I truly felt that I was missing something. You became a part of my daily routine. Your daily e-mails helped me start my day on the right foot. In life we are not always surrounded by the best of everything, including energy. Your inspirational e-mails gave me the positive energy I need. ~ Lisa Wise, Texas Being a happiness junkie myself, I loved the idea of Lindsey’s 30-Day Happiness Challenge. The approach is simple, no non-sense and fun. ~ Michaella O’Connor, Vancouver

How it Happened

1. Sharing the love. I asked people I know and love, who I support through sharing what they do, to share it with their connections 2. Invitations. I invited each person who received the emails to share them with a friend who would like to receive them 3. Inside scoop. I wrote about the process during the creation of it, and let people know I was creating it 4. Social media. I tweeted about it, Facebooked about it, and emailed about it 5. Content. I focused on writing really great, useful content, which I got feedback on before I published it 6. Intention. I set intentions, and tapped into the feeling-state of how I wanted to serve people each time I did anything to do with creating it 7. I got serious, did re-writes, and only used my very best content. I axed things last minute

September’s 30-Day Happiness Map

I received emails after the challenge ended, asking where it was gone, and whether or not more daily emails were on the way.

Yes. September 1st. 30 Day Happiness Map.
