Intro to Kundalini Yoga

We are going to have so much fun in this workshop!
Curious about Kundalini yoga? Wonder what all the talk is about? Come find out! This will be a safe, comfortable place to try a new style of yoga. We’ll explore the foundations of Kundalini yoga, learn why and how it’s different, and why anybody can do it. Kundalini yoga is known for bringing lots of benefits: weight control, relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleansing, liver detoxification, balancing the heart and mind, and developing will-power.

Most of all, it’s lots of fun!

We move dynamically, dance, use mantra, meditate and basically shake our asana. Each Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with a mantra, warm up, a specific yoga posture set, deep relaxation and meditation. Come see what it’s all about!
I fell in love with Kundalini yoga over seven years ago and haven’t looked back. Teaching it fuels my soul, and makes my day. I love helping new students get comfortable and have fun in a Kundalini class. Teaching yoga and life coaching go hand in hand, and I combine the two of them.
