Lindsey Lewis spent pretty much her entire time in college completely and totally stressed out: unable to sleep or focus and constantly battling colds. She graduated and landed a tony job as a magazine editor, where she was also totally stressed out: unable to sleep or focus and constantly battling colds.

Then, something changed. Lindsey took the reins of her own future and began to design success on her own terms. Lindsey’s stress went way down. Her confidence and how she felt about the future went way up.

About Lindsey Lewis

Lindsey Lewis grew up in Vancouver, BC and attended Simon Fraser University. After getting a BA in Communications she quickly climbed the ranks of the magazine industry, moving from entry-level editorial staff to assistant editor of four different publications in eight months.

She worked in the media and public relations industry for three years before transitioning into a communications consulting role at a health and wellness company.

She is now a personal coach who helps men and women create their dream life, based on their own definition of success.
